Custom Products

PrintMyT-Shirt.com creates custom T-shirts using images, photographs, artwork, logos, or designs supplied by customers. Because each shirt is made specifically for you, please carefully review your final mockup before approving it.

Mockup Approval

After your order is placed, we will professionally review and prepare your image and email you a final mockup for approval. Nothing will be printed until you approve the final mockup.

Once you approve the final mockup, your order may move into production and changes may no longer be possible.

Your Images and Artwork

You retain ownership of images and artwork you upload. By submitting an image, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights or permission to use it for your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the submitted content violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

Colors and Print Appearance

The placement tool on our website is an approximate preview only. We professionally review and prepare your image before printing.

Colors may appear somewhat different on a printed T-shirt than they do on a phone, tablet, or computer screen. DTG printing and differences in garment color, fabric, and digital displays can affect the final appearance.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Applicable shipping charges and any other charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Returns, Reprints and Refunds

Because our T-shirts are custom-made using customer-supplied images and approved mockups, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with an element that was shown in the approved final mockup.

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the final mockup you approved, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or resolution.
